彩色多普勒检测胎儿脐带螺旋和妊娠结局分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨孕晚期产妇彩色多普勒超声检查中采取胎儿脐带螺旋指数诊断对妊娠结局的影响。方法 选用2016年10月至2017年10月玉溪市人民医院纳入的98例孕晚期产妇,均实行彩色多普勒超声胎儿脐带螺旋指数诊断,参考脐带螺旋指数分为3组,将脐带螺旋指数低于0.17胎儿纳入A组,将脐带螺旋指数在0.17 ~ 0.37之间胎儿纳入B组,将脐带螺旋指数高于0.37胎儿纳入C组,观察统计3组基本情况。结果 B组孕晚期胎儿Apgar 评分对比A组、C组更具优势,组孕晚期胎儿宫内发育迟缓、脐动脉收缩压与舒张压比值、胎儿窘迫发生情况对比A组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 彩色多普勒超声检测过程中应用胎儿脐带螺旋指数会对妊娠结局带来很大影响,值得应用。Objective To investigate the effects of fetal umbilical cord spiral index on pregnancy outcome in maternal color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods 98 cases of late pregnancy mothers from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected, and color Doppler ultrasound was used to diagnose the umbilical cord spiral index of the fetus. The reference umbilical cord spiral indexes were divided into three groups. Fetuses with the umbilical cord indexes less than 0.17 were included in group A, the fetuses with umbilical cord indexes between 0.17 and 0.37 were included in group B, and fetuses with the umbilical cord indexes higher than 0.37 were included in group C, and the statistics of the three groups were observed. Results Apgar scores of the fetus in the third trimester of pregnancy in group B were more advantageous than those in group A and C.Intrauterine growth retardation, ratio of umbilical artery systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,and incidence of fetal distress in the third trimester of pregnancy in group B were significantly different from those in group A and C(P < 0.05). Conclusions The use of fetal umbilical cord spiral index in color Doppler sonography has a great significance in pregnancy outcome and is worth applying.
