摘 要:心脏永久起搏器容易受高频电磁信号等干扰,可能会影响起搏器工作,甚至威胁患者安全,然而,随着人口老龄化及近来起搏器植入量逐年增加,越来越多的患者在诊治过程中需要接受磁共振检查、高频电刀等产生电磁干扰(electromagnetic interference,EMI)的医疗器械的诊断及治疗。近来,针对心脏永久起搏器电磁兼容领域的研究取得了显著进展,核磁共振兼容起搏器及可用于起搏器依赖的高频电刀系统的研发取得了显著进展,对此作一综述。Heart permanent pacemaker was susceptible to interference such as high-frequency electromagnetic signals,which may affect the pacemakers,even threaten patients' safety. However,as the population ages and pacemaker implantation quantity increases year by year recently,more and more patients need to receive magnetic resonance imaging and high-frequency electric knife that produce electromagnetic interference(EMI)in the process of diagnosis and treatment. Recently,there is significant progress in the field of electromagnetic compatibility research on heart permanent pacemaker. Researchers have made significant progress in the development of magnetic resonance imaging compatible pacemakers and high frequency electricity knife which can be used in patients with pacemakers. This article reviews the progress.
