摘　　要：目的研究自噬相关蛋白p62、OPTN是否参与宫颈癌的发生及其与HPV感染的相关性。方法比较p62、OPTN在正常对照组、CINⅠ、CINⅡ-Ⅲ、宫颈癌中的表达;分析p62、OPTN表达与HPV感染的关系。结果 (1) p62、OPTN蛋白mRNA在对照组、CINⅠ、CINⅡ-Ⅲ中的表达与宫颈癌组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)随着宫颈病变加重,p62表达量呈上升趋势,OPTN表达量呈下降趋势;(3)在宫颈癌中p62、OPTN表达量具有相关性(r=-0.426,P=0.024);(4)正常宫颈组织HPV感染组和未感染组之间p62、OPTN表达量差异无统计学意义。结论 (1)自噬参与宫颈癌的发生,宫颈癌中自噬活性减弱;(2) p62在宫颈癌中高表达,OPTN在宫颈癌中低表达;(3)宫颈癌中p62、OPTN表达量呈负相关;(4)正常宫颈组织中HPV是否感染与p62、OPTN表达量无关。Objective To study whether autophagy related protein p62,OPTN are involved in the occurrence of cervical cancer and their correlations with HPV infection. Methods We detected the expressions of autophagy related protein p62, OPTN in normal control group, and the expressions of CIN Ⅰand CIN Ⅱ,Ⅲ in cervical cancer, and compared the differences expressed;we also analyzed the expression of autophagy related protein p62 and OPTN and their relationships with HPV infection.Results(1)The expression of p62,OPTN protein and mRNA in the control group,and CIN Ⅰ, CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ in the cervical cancer group showed statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).(2)As the severity rises, p62 expressed in each volume is on the rise,while OPTN expression quantity is on the decline.(3)The expressions of p62 and OPTN in cervical cancer have correlation (r = 0.426, P = 0.024).(4).Normal cervical tissues, between HPV infected and uninfected group, there was no statistically significant difference p62, OPTN expression quantity. Conclusion(1)Autophagy occurrs in the cervical cancer,but the autophagy activity in cervical cancer is weakened.(2)p62 in cervical cancer showed high expression, but OPTN expression is low.(3)The amount of p62 and OPTN expression in cervical cancer showed a negative correlation.(4)Normal cervical tissue,HPV infection has nothing to do with p62, OPTN expression quantity.
