摘 要:本实验选用炭粉、湖泊底泥和黏土制备了陶粒,研究了吸附时间、亚甲基蓝初始浓度和陶粒投加质量等因素对陶粒吸附亚甲基蓝的影响。结果显示,随着吸附时间增大,吸附率与吸附量均增大;随着亚甲基蓝初始浓度的增大,吸附率增大,浓度为10mg·L-1时吸附量达到最大;随着陶粒投加质量增大,吸附量减小而吸附率增大。用NaOH溶液进行陶粒再生实验,再生次数越多,陶粒吸附功能的衰减速度越快,第6次再生后的吸附量仅为第1次的30%。Carbon powder, bottom mud and clay were chose as the main raw material to prepare ceramsite. The effects of adsorption time, initial concentration of methylene blue and ceramsite quality on the adsorption of methylene blue were investigated. The experimental results showed that with the increase of adsorption time, the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate increased. With the increase of the initial concentration of Methylene Blue, the adsorption rate increased. The adsorption capacity reached a peak at 10mg/L with the increase of the dosing quality of ceramsite. The adsorption capacity decreased while the adsorption rate increased. Ceramsite was regenerated by NaOH solution. The more the regeneration times were, the faster the adsorption function of ceramsite decayed. The sixth regeneration was only 30% of the first regeneration.
