综合护理对慢性肾功能不全患者不良情绪的作用评价

摘　　要：目的研究综合护理对慢性肾功能不全患者不良情绪的作用。方法选择2015年9月到2016年9月期间于我院就诊的80例慢性肾功能不全患者,采用随机数字表法的形式将80例患者平均分为实验组与对照组,每组均40例。其中,两组患者均采用基础性护理手段,实验组在此基础上加行综合护理。对比两组患者护理依从性与不良情绪改善状况。结果结合两组患者护理效果比较分析,实验组护理依从性和不良情绪的改善情况均明显优于对照组,临床对比存在统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论综合护理对慢性肾功能不全患者不良情绪的改善效果明显,值得临床全面推广与应用。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on adverse emotions of patients with chronic renal insufficiency. Methods 80 patients with chronic renal insufficiency who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group. Among them, two groups of patients were given basic nursing methods, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing on this basis. Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of nursing compliance and improvement of adverse emotions. Results Compared with the two groups, the improvement of nursing compliance and bad mood in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, and there was statistical difference in clinical comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the bad mood of patients with chronic renal insufficiency obviously, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
