浅谈基于PDA的智能仓储管理系统在制造业中的应用

摘　　要：为解决成品库人力资源短缺而招聘周期较长的困难现状和提倡节能减排绿色环保的理念,设计开发一种能改变现有的成品库作业模式,替代传统人工记账的智能管理系统。系统引入手持移动终端的使用,和基于WinCE系统接口的扩展应用程序开发,实现成品库出入库、库位移动、在库品校验、在库品盘点等多项信息的及时管理。自系统实施上线以来,已达到预计的成本降低和仓储管理自动化,有效促进成品库业务的发展和管理水平的提升。Recently,Warehouse management is facing the dif f icult situation of talent resources shortage and he problem of Longer recruitment cycle. To solve it, An Intelligence system has been designed and developed. It changed the existing warehouse operation mode and entirely replaced manual bookkeeping. By introducing the use of handheld mobile terminal and extension application developing based on the WinCE system interface, the system achieve multiple functions including stock-in mobile pallet check, product inventor y, etc. Since the implementation of the s ystem, it has a chieved the expected cost reduction a nd realized the a utomation of warehouse management successfully. Finally, it promotes warehourse bussiness and improves management level effectively.
