摘 要:随着社会的发展,水资源的自然资源基础作用已越来越明显。目前,我国已确立了水资源三大战略资源之一的地位,但在水资源开发利用和管理中仍存在许多问题。因此,分析当前我国水文水资源领域技术发展的现状,探讨水文水资源领域中技术的应用推广,促进水文水资源领域技术的智能化和技术更新的及时性,对减少我国水资源消耗、缓解水资源压力和保护水资源等具有重要意义。With the development of society, the natural resource base of water resources has become more and more obvious. China has established the position of one of the three strategic resources of water resources, but there are still many problems in the development and management of water resources in China. The current situation and problems in the field of hydrology and water resources in China was analyzed in this paper, and the application and popularization of hydrology and water resources was discussed, and the timeliness of technology intelligence and technology renewal in hydrology and water resources was promoted. It is of great significance to reduce water consumption, relieve water pressure and protect water resources in China.
