摘　　要：我国经济迅速发展,水利工程建设备受重视。在极端天气频发的当今,人们对水利建设提出了更高要求。水文水资源与水利建设关系紧密,可为水利建设提供可靠的科学数据。因此,将主要阐述水文水资源在水利工程建设中的重要性,同时探讨水文水资源和水利建设二者的关系。China’s rapid economic development, much attention has been paid to the construction of water conservancy projects. In the current extreme weather frequent occurrence, to the water conservancy construction put forward the higher request. Hydrographic water resources are closely related to water conservancy construction. Hydrographic water resources provide reliable scientific data for water conservancy construction. The importance of hydrology and water resources in the construction of water conservancy projects was expounded, and the relationship between hydrology and water conservancy construction was discussed, hoping to help the relevant staff.
