降钙素原对脑出血脑室外引流术后颅内感染的早期诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:评价血清降钙素原(PCT)检测对于脑出血脑室外引流(Externalventricular drainageEVD)术后颅内感染早期诊断的应用价值,为脑室外引流相关感染早期诊断提供参考依据。方法:选取高血压脑出血行脑室外引流的患者44例,确诊颅内感染的14例患者作为观察组,未发生术后颅内感染的30例患者为对照组,检测两组患者在特定时期血清降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)水平进行比较分析。数据采用SPASS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果:观察组及对照组血清PCT、CRP、WBC、中性粒细胞比例水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血清PCT检测对于脑出血脑室外引流术后颅内感染早期诊断价值有限,需要结合脑脊液检查综合进行判定。Objective To evaluate the application value of serum procalcitonin for the early diagnosis of intracranial infections after external ventricular drainage,for external ventricular drainage related infections provided a reference.Method 44 cases of patients of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage after external ventricular drainage were collected,they were divided into two groups:intracranial infection 14 patients as observation group,intracranial non-infection 30 patients as control group,detection of two groups of patients in a specific period of serum calcitonin (PCT),C - reactive protein (CRP) and white blood cell count (WBC) and comparative analysis.SPASS19.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results There was no significant difference in serum PCT,CRP,WBC,or neutrophil proportion between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion PCT detection of serum is of limited value in the early diagnosis of intracranial infection after intracranial drainage for intracranial hemorrhage,which needs to be determined by combining with cerebrospinal fluid examination.
