银黄滴丸治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察银黄滴丸治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法:选取200例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿为观察对象,随机分为两组,对照组患儿行抗菌素静脉滴注及退热、对症等治疗,试验组患儿在此基础上行口服银黄滴丸治疗,对比临床疗效。结果试验组患儿治疗效率为98.00%,高于对照组的90.00%,治疗后,两组患儿C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞水平均显著下降,但试验组患儿改善更优,试验组患儿体温恢复时间、咽痛消失时间、扁桃体分泌物消退时间、住院时间明显比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),未出现严重不良反应。结论:银黄滴丸治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎临床疗效较优,可取得较好的社会效益和经济效益。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinhuang Drop Pill in the t reatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children.Method 200 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis admitted to our center were observed.They were randomly divided into two groups,In the control group,the patients were treated with intravenous infusion of antibiotics,antipyretic and symptomatic treatment.The child ren in the experimental group were treated with Yinhuang Dropping Pills on the basis of this,to compare the clinical efficacy.Results The treatment efficiency of the experimental group was 98.00%,which was higher than the control group's 90.00%.After treatment,C-reactive protein (CRP),white blood cell count,and neutrophil levels decreased in both groups,but the children in the experimental group improved better.In the experimental group,the recovery time of body temperature,the time of disappearance of sore throat,the time of disappearance of tonsil secretion,and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions ccurred.Conclusion Yinhuang Drop Pill is effective in treating children with acute suppurative tonsillitis,and can achieve better social and economic benefits.
