摘  要:随着电力系统的不断发展,电力规模逐渐扩大,电网建设步伐也在加快。在电网铁塔建设中,所用角钢留有预置孔,但经常会发生错位现象,螺栓无法穿过,需将预置孔扩大,以便连接螺栓穿过,目前无有效方法来给预置孔扩孔。鉴于此,基于机器视觉技术,设计一种采用激光切割技术的空中在线自动切割打孔装置,实现高效切割,保障电网铁塔的建设进度。With the continuous development of the power system, the scale of power is gradually expanding,and the pace of power grid construction is also accelerating. In the construction of grid tower,the angle steel used has preset holes,but the misalignment often occurs,leading to failure for the bolts to pass through. To solve the problem,the preset holes need to be enlarged,but currently there is no effective way for reaming the preset holes. In view of this,based on machine vision technology,an online automatic cutting and punching device using laser cutting means is designed to achieve efficient cutting and ensure the construction progress of grid tower.
