摘  要:目的讨论对ICU人工气道内痰痂者,施以危险因素护理干预的价值意义。方法将我院ICU在2018年1月-2018年9月,收治人工气道内痰痂者38例,按护理方式差异,分组各19例,比对对照组(施以常规护理)、研究组(针对危险因素展开护理)干预结果。结果通过多因素logistic回归,发现技术缺陷、气道出血、误吸、气道湿化不足是主要危险因素,P<0.05。对照组人工气道置管时间、ICU住院时间、机械通气时间,比研究组长,组间差异明显,P<0.05。对照组人工气道阻塞率、并发症率,比研究组高,组间差异显著,P<0.05。结论对人工气道内痰痂者,施以优质护理,主动规避病症危险因素,对促进患者康复意义重大,值得应用推广。Objective To discuss the value of nursing intervention for risk factors in artificial airway in ICU. Methods 38 cases of artificial airway in the ICU of our hosPital were treated from January 20 to SePtember 1818. According to the difference of nursing methods, 19 cases were divided into grouPs, which were comPared with the control grouP (conventional nursing) and research grouP.(DeveloPing care for risk factors)Intervention results.Results Through multivariate logistic regression, it was found that technical defects,airway bleeding, asPiration, and insufficient airway humidification were the main risk factors, P<0.05. The artificial airway catheterization time,ICU hosPitalization time,and mechanical ventilation time in the control grouP were longer than the study grouP,and the difference between the grouPs was significant(P<0.05). The artificial airway obstruction rate and comPlication rate of the control grouP were higher than those of the study grouP, and the difference between the grouPs was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion It is worthwhile to aPPly high-quality nursing to the artificial airway inhalation to actively avoid the risk factors of the disease.
