配网不停电转电可行性分析及在韶关电网中的应用

摘  要:环状供电网络在配网架构中的普遍化,使电网企业在供电可靠性上有了质的飞跃,不少重要单位对不间断供电有了更高的要求。因此配网不停电转电已然成为电网发展的新趋势。本文对配网不停电转电的可行性进行初步分析,并结合韶关电网中的实例,总结一些实际操作中可能遇到的风险和对应的控制措施。The universalization of the ring-shaped power supply network in the distribution network architecture has made the power grid enterprises have a qualitative leap in the reliability of power supply. Many important units have higher requirements for uninterrupted power supply. Therefore,the distribution network switching power supply without power cut has become a new trend in the development of the power grid. This paper makes a preliminary analysis of the feasibility of the distribution network switching power supply without power cut,and combines the examples in Shaoguan Power Grid to summarize some risks and corresponding control measures that may be encountered in actual operation.
