摘  要:某石化厂地处广西,使用的工业新鲜水来源为企山水库,其碱度和硬度均偏低,属腐蚀型水质。在日常运行过程中,该厂清循环系统浓缩倍率偏低,需要定期向系统投加纯碱和氯化钙以降低循环水体的腐蚀倾向,造成了人工和药剂成本增加。为了节约成本,拟采用一体化净水设备对该清循环水系统旁滤器反洗水进行处理后反补入系统,以达到提高其浓缩倍率,降低循环水体腐蚀倾向的目的。A petrochemical plant is located in Guangxi,whose fresh industrial water,coming from the Qishan Reservoir,is corrosive due to its Low Alkali and Low Hardness. In daily operating process,in order to reduce the corrosion tendency of circulating water, soda and calcium chloride need to be added regularly to the circulating system because of its low concentration ratio,resulting in the increase of the cost of labor and the agent.In order to turn things around,a cost-effective way will be adopted.The backwash water in the side filter,after being treated by the integrated water purification equipment,will be returned to the circulating water system,so as to improve the concentration ratio and reduce the corrosion tendency.
