摘  要:为解决南水北调中线干线工程35 kV专网供电系统运行中存在的功率因数过低、占用电力系统无功容量大、功率因数调整电费超额支出等实际问题,研究分析长距离多负荷节点供电系统无功补偿方式的技术方案。针对沿渠35 kV输电线路供电距离长、负荷节点多、电缆线路占比较大、电缆线路对地电容值较大的特点,采取在35 kV专网供电系统中进行集中补偿与分散补偿相结合的技术方案。在中心开关站安装补偿装置SVG集中补偿,在负荷节点降压站断路器站安装固定电抗器分散补偿。采取补偿技术措施后,35 kV专网供电系统整体无功平衡,功率因数由原来的0.1~0.4提高到0.96,满足并优于国家电网公司规定的电能质量技术要求,降低了供电系统运行费用,经济效益明显。In order to solve the practical problems existing in the operation of the power supply system of the 35 kV special network of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project,such as low power factor,large reactive power capacity occupied by the power system and excessive expenditure of power factor adjustment,the technical scheme of reactive power compensation for the power supply system with long distance and multi-load nodes was studied and analyzed.Aiming at the long power supply distance,many load nodes and the large capacitance value of cable line to ground along the canal 35 kV transmission line,a technical scheme combining centralized compensation with decentralized compensation were adopted by the power supply system of 35 kV private network.The centralized compensation of SVG(Static Var Generator)was implemented in the central switching station and the decentralized compensation of fixed reactor was installed in the circuit breaker station of the load node step-down station.After adopting compensatory technical measures,the overall reactive power balance of the power supply system of 35 kV special network was increased from 0.1-0.4 to over 0.96,which met and surpassed the technical requirements of power quality stipulated by the State Grid Corporation,reduced the operation cost of the power supply system and had obvious economic benefits.
