摘　　要：文章通过对某干船坞1号主排水泵的现场检查,根据导流体下支撑法兰断裂部分的实际情况,利用材料折断原理分析并得出导流体法兰的断裂原因,同时根据实际工程情况利用钢片拼接螺栓固定方法加以修复,对以后此类泵的运行维护及维修保养提供了经验和范例。Based on the site inspection of the No. 1 main drainage pump in a dry dock, according to the actual condition of the fracture part of the supporting flange under the diversion body, the paper analyzes the fracture reason of the flange with the material fracture principle and obtains the reason of the fracture of the flange. At the same time, according to the actual engineering situation, the steel splicing bolt fixing method is used to repair this kind of pump, which provides experience and example for the operation and maintenance of this kind of pump in the future.
