摘  要:以三七残根替代部分原料栽培食用菌,比较研究6种食用菌对其分解利用情况,并跟踪检测三七皂苷向食用菌子实体转移情况的结果:白参菌、鸡腿菇、猪肚菌、猴头菇对三七残根有较强的分解利用能力,培养料添加≤10%的三七残根可促进菌丝生长并提高子实体产量,而添加量超过10%~15%则会抑制菌丝生长并降低子实体产量;香菇和平菇菌丝对三七残根的分解利用能力较弱,添加2%即显示抑制作用;利用三七残根培养的白参菌、鸡腿菇、猴头菇和猪肚菌子实体中均检测到三七皂苷的某些成分或其降解产物,而香菇和平菇菌丝体中未检测到相应成分。The decomposition and utilization of the residues of Panax notoginseng as a partial substrate for edible musroom cultivation was studied.Results showed that Schizophyllum commune,Copyinds comatus,Clitocybe maxima,Hericium erinaceus has strong decomposition ability of the residual roots of Panax notoginseng.Small amount of P.notoginseng residual roots(≤10%)can promote the mycelial growth and improve the fruiting body yield.The adding amount of Panax notoginseng residual roots substrates for more than 10%~15%could suppress the hypha growth and began to reduce the fruiting body yield.This results showed that the mycelia of Lentinula edodes and Pleurotus ostreatus had poor ability to decompose and utilize the residual roots of Panax notoginseng.Trace detection of Panax notoginseng saponins showed that,compared with the control group,some components of Panax notoginseng saponins or their degradation products were detected in the edible mushroom of Schizophyllum commune,Copyinds comatus,Clitocybe maxima,Hericium erinaceus,while no components of Panax notoginseng saponins were detected in the mycelia of Lentinula edodes and Pleurotus ostreatus.
