摘　　要：金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素C(SEC)是一种由金黄色葡萄球菌产生的超抗原,具有强大的T细胞活化增殖能力,中国SEC生物制剂(金葡素注射液)应用于临床抗肿瘤及骨科疾病的治疗。但SEC作为一种天然肠毒素,具有一定的免疫毒性,可导致发热、呕吐、腹泻等不良反应,一定程度上限制了金葡素注射液的临床应用。为提高SEC的超抗原特性,减少毒性,现已开发出多种SEC突变体蛋白,未来可生产出更安全、高效、低毒性或无毒性的生物制剂,扩大SEC的临床应用范围,治疗更多疾病。Staphylococcal enterotoxins C(SEC) is kind of superantigens produced by S. aureus.SEC is made into a biological agent " Staphylococcal Enterotoxin C Injection" for clinical anti-tumor treatment and orthopedic disease treatment in China due to its effective T cell activation and proliferation ability.However,SEC,as an enterotoxin,has immunotoxicity,which can cause adverse effects such as fever,vomiting and diarrhea.The adverse effects have limited the clinical application of SEC to a certain extent.To improve the superantigen properties of SEC and reduce the toxicity,a variety of SEC mutant proteins have been developed.In the future,safer,more efficient,less toxic or non-toxic biological agents can be produced to expand the clinical application of SEC and treat more diseases.
