摘  要:以某车用传动箱体为研究对象,分析了传动箱的箱体、端盖等零件之间的连接螺栓布局设计,建立了螺栓布局优化流程,通过拓扑优化方法的材料密度获取螺栓的分布,不仅使螺栓的分布更加合理,且能满足密封、刚度、强度的设计要求,同时在一定程度上减轻了箱体的质量。研究结果表明,提出的布局优化流程能够满足螺栓布局设计的要求,为箱体螺栓的设计提供了一种标准方法。A vehicle transmission housing body was taken as the research object,and the connecting bolts between the housing body,end cover and other parts of the transmission housing were taken as the research object.The optimization process of bolt layout was established.The distribution of bolts was obtained by material density of the topological optimization method,which not only makes the distribution of bolts more reasonable,but also meets the requirements of sealing,stiffness and strength,and reduces the housing body to a certain extent weight.The research shows that the layout optimization process proposed in this paper can meet the requirements of bolt layout design and provide one of standard methods for bolt design.
