摘 要:建立了铜射流在全塑性态下的一维线性扭曲扰动控制方程,研究了轴向脉冲电流对聚能铜射流的变形破坏机理,得到了射流在轴向脉冲电流作用下的扭曲不稳定性随屈服极限、波数和时间的变化规律。当电容器充电电压为5140 V、轴向脉冲电流峰值为50 k A时,利用直径1. 75 mm铜丝进行了射流扭曲不稳定性静态模拟实验,证实了轴向脉冲电流对铜射流的扭曲破坏作用。In order to improve the protection ability of passive electromagnetic armor for shaped charge jets,both the small asymmetrical kink of shaped charge copper jet and the skin effect of pulse current on copper jet was considered,and the superpositionprinciple,full plasticity principle and the linear perturbation theory were used,and then the deformation and failure mechanism of shaped charge copper jet under axial pulse current was studied by using the one-dimensional linear distortion perturbation governing equation of copper jet in full plastic state,and the variation of kink instability with yield limit,wave number and time under axial pulse current was obtained.When the charge voltage of the capacitor is 5 140 V and the peak value of the axial pulse current is 50 kA,the static simulation experiment of copper jet kinking instability was carried out by using an copper wire with diameter of 1.75 mm,and the kinking and destroying effect of the axial pulse current on the copper jetwas verified.
