摘 要:提出了一种新型电磁复进机的结构设计方案和一种利用负载阻值调控的电磁复进机力控制方法,分析了电磁复进机力的变化规律,并根据火炮理想的复进运动要求,提出了一种通过改变电流方向的复进机力功能转变方法,使得电磁复进机兼顾了传统复进机与复进节制器的功能。分析结果表明:基于直线电机技术的电磁复进机能够实现复进机力的实时控制,同时能够简化火炮结构,为电磁复进机进一步优化发展提供了理论依据。A new structure design scheme of the electromagnetic counter-recoil machine was proposed and a force control method was proposed to control counter-recoil force through controlling the load resistance,and finally analyzed the change rule of the counter-recoil force.According to the requirements of the ideal counter-recoil of the artillery,this paper proposed a method to change the counter-recoil force direction by changing the current direction,which makes the electromagnetic counter recoil machine take into account the function of the traditional counter recoil machine and counter recoil brake.The results show that the electromagnetic counter recoil machine based on linear motor technology can realize the real-time control of the counter-recoil force,and can simplify the artillery structure,which provides the theoretical basis for the further optimization of the electromagnetic counter recoil machine.
