摘  要:为探明五嘴雾化喷头的喷灌强度及水量空间变化规律。采用自计雨量盒,喷头测试高度分别设置为0.5m、1.0m、1.5m、2.0m和2.5m共5个水平,在100kPa、150kPa、200kPa、250kPa、300kPa五个喷头工作压力下,测定喷洒水量、喷灌强度等指标,计算流量偏差系数。结果表明:0.5m安装高度,200kPa下均匀度最高。增大喷头工作压力、升高喷头安装高度均有利于水量的扩散;喷头的安装高度过低会导致较高的水量峰值,易产生地表径流,0.5m高度水量峰值变化范围为6.06mm/h^7.44mm/h。结果可为确定喷灌系统雾化指标和喷头安装高度提供参考依据,避免因水量峰值过大而产生地表径流。In order to find out the sprinkler irrigation intensity and the spatial variation of water volume of the five-nozzle atomizing nozzle,the Self-counting rain box is adopted,and the test height of the nozzle is set to 5 levels of 0.5m,1.0m,1.5m,2.0m and 2.5m respectively,under the working pressures of five nozzles of 100 kPa,150 kPa,200 kPa,250 kPa,and 300 kPa,the indexes such as the amount of sprayed water and the intensity of spray irrigation were measured,and the flow coefficient deviation coefficient was calculated.The results show that the installation height is 0.5m and the uniformity is highest at 200 kPa.Increasing the working pressure of the nozzle and increasing the installation height of the nozzle are beneficial to the diffusion of water.The low installation height of the nozzle will result in a high water volume peak,which is easy to generate surface runoff,and the peak value of 0.5m height water is from 6.06 mm/h to 7.44mm/h.The results can provide a reference for determining the atomization index of the sprinkler irrigation system and the installation height of the nozzle,so as to avoid the surface runoff caused by the excessive peak water volume.
