摘　　要：小型农村水利工程在解决“三农”问题、推进脱贫攻坚和全面建设小康社会工作中发挥着重要作用。基于秦巴山区安康市的小型农村水利工程现状,分析建设和管理过程中存在主要问题及原因,提出重视规划布局、争取资金投入、注重运行管理、推进水价改革等对策措施。以期为类似地区小型农村水利工程建设管理提供参考。Small rural water conservancy projects play an important role in solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,promoting poverty alleviation and building a well-off society in an all-round way.Based on the current situation of small rural water conservancy projects in Ankang of Qinba Mountain Area,the main problems and causes in the process of construction and management are analyzed,and countermeasures such as planning layout,striving for capital investment,paying attention to operational management,and promoting water price reform are proposed.In order to provide reference for the construction and management of small rural water conservancy projects in similar areas.
