摘 要:目的探讨口腔崩解片的吸水动力学过程对崩解时间的影响,为口腔崩解片处方筛选提供参考。方法以4种不同崩解剂制得的口腔崩解片作为测试片,采用自制微量吸水测定装置研究其吸水过程,得到吸水滞后时间及润湿时间,并与崩解时间进行比较。结果4种崩解剂所制口腔崩解片的吸水滞后时间及润湿时间与崩解时间具有一致性,吸水滞后时间越短,润湿时间越短,崩解时间也越短。结论口腔崩解片的吸水特性直接影响片剂的崩解,片剂的吸水行为及润湿时间可作为口腔崩解片处方筛选的重要评价参数。Objective To investigate the effect of water uptake kinetics on the disintegration time of orally disintegrating tablets,and to provide reference for the formulation screening of orally disintegrating tablets.Methods Oral disintegrating tablets prepared with four different disintegrating agents were used as the test tablets.The water uptake process was studied by the self-made micro-absorbency measuring device,the lag time of water uptake and wetting time were obtained and compared with the disintegration time.Results The lag time of water uptake and wetting time of orally disintegrating tablets prepared by four disintegrating agents were consistent with disintegration time.The shorter the lag time of water uptake,the shorter the wetting time and the shorter the disintegration time.Conclusion The water uptake characteristics of the orally disintegrating tablets directly affect the disintegration of the tablets.The water uptake and wetting time of tablets can be used as important evaluation parameters for the formulation screening of orally disintegrating tablets.
