摘　　要：目的探讨苦参碱注射液联合卡铂(TC)化学治疗(简称化疗)方案治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法选取医院2015年3月至2018年3月收治的中晚期宫颈癌患者93例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)和研究组(47例)。两组患者均给予TC化疗方案,研究组患者加用苦参碱注射液。结果研究组临床总有效率为63.83%,显著高于对照组的41.30%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的血清肿瘤标志物[肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCC-Ag)]水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的CD8^+较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苦参碱注射液联合TC化疗方案治疗中晚期宫颈癌,可显著改善患者血清肿瘤标志物水平,对免疫功能影响较小,安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Matrine Injection combined with carboplatin(TC)chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of middle and advanced cervical cancer.Methods Totally 93 patients with middle and advanced cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected and divided into the control group(46 cases)and the study group(47 cases)by the random number table method.The patients in the two groups were given TC chemotherapy regimen,on this basis,the patients in the study group were given Matrine Injection.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 63.83%,which was significantly higher than 41.30%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum tumor markers[tumor specific growth factor(TSGF),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag)]in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD8^+in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Matrine Injection combined with TC chemotherapy regimen can significantly improve the levels of serum tumor markers in patients with middle and advanced cervical cancer and has less impact on immune function,which is safe and effective.
