丹田降脂丸联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高脂血症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨丹田降脂丸联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高脂血症的疗效及对血液流变学和炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取河北省秦皇岛市骨科医院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的高脂血症患者168例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各84例。两组患者均采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,研究组患者加用丹田降脂丸。两组患者均连续治疗4周。结果研究组总有效率为96.43%,显著高于对照组的88.10%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数均明显小于治疗前,红细胞变形指数显著大于治疗前,且研究组上述指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗过程中均未发现明显不良反应。结论丹田降脂丸联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高脂血症的临床疗效显著,能明显调节血脂水平,降低血液黏稠度和血清炎性因子水平,且安全性较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dantian Jiangzhi Pills combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and its effect on hemorheology and inflammatory factors.Methods Totally 168 patients with hyperesteremia admitted to Hebei Qinhuangdao Orthopaedic Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,84 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with atorvastatin calcium,on this basis,the patients in the study group were given Dantian Jiangzhi Pills.The patients in the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than 88.10%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while the erythrocyte deformation indexes in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the improvement of the above indexes in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).No obvious adverse reaction was found in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Dantian Jiangzhi Pills combined with atorvastatin calcium were effective and safe in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,which can significantly regulate the level of blood lipid,reduce blood viscosity and the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
