精神疾病专科医院2015年至2017年口服降糖药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院口服降糖药物的用药情况及趋势,促进临床合理用药。方法从医院信息系统(HIS)中收集2015年至2017年的口服降糖药物的应用数据,统计各种药品的销售金额,计算用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)等。结果医院口服降糖药物的销售金额呈增长趋势;2015年至2017年,销售金额排序前3位的是阿卡波糖、二甲双胍和瑞格列奈;DDDs排前3位的是二甲双胍、格列吡嗪、阿卡波糖;格列吡嗪、二甲双胍的DDC均较低。结论医院口服降糖药物应用基本合理,基本符合精神病专科医院的特性。Objective To understand the situation and trend of oral hypoglycemic drugs in a hospital and promote rational drug use in the clinic.Methods The data of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were collected from hospital information system(HIS).The sales amount of various drugs was counted,the DDDs and DDC were calculated.Results The sales amount of oral hypoglycemic drugs showed an increasing trend.From 2015 to 2017,the top three sales amounts were acarbose,metformin and repaglinide,the top three DDDs were metformin,glipizide and acarbose,the DDC of glipizide and metformin was lower.Conclusion The application of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable,it also basically conforms to the characteristics of psychiatric hospi tals.
