摘　　要：目的为医院精神科药品超说明书用药的管理提供数据依据和理论基础。方法统计并分析2017年1月至12月门诊处方超说明书用药情况。结果共抽取12000张门诊处方,其中超说明书用药649条(5.41%),包括超适应证用药548条(84.44%)、超给药方法及注意事项用药为35条(5.39%)、超适应人群66条(10.17%)。结论某院精神药品存在一定比例的超说明书用药,应加大管理力度,制订准入制度,使用药安全、合理、合法。Objective To provide data and theoretical basis for the management of off-label drug use in the Department of Psychiatry in a hospital.Methods The outpatient prescriptions of off-label drug use from January to December 2017 were analyzed.Results A total of 12 000 outpatient prescriptions were selected,of which 649 records(5.41%)were off-label drug use,including 548 records(84.44%)of off-label indication,35 records(5.39%)of off-label drug administration route and cautions,and 66 records(10.17%)of off-label apply crowd.Conclusion There is a certain proportion of off-label use of psychotropic drugs in a hospital.It is necessary to strengthen the management,formulate the access system,and use drugs safely,reasonably and legally.
