摘　　要：目的为我国中药材的贮藏养护提供参考。方法高温季节前往广州清平中药材市场,以直接调查、走访药商、考察药材仓库等方式,采用便携式仪器检测药材,重点对该市场内中药材的变质现象、传统贮藏养护技术、现代贮藏养护技术、特色贮藏养护技术进行总结。结果广州清平中药材市场采用了清洁养护法、密封养护法、合理通风法、除湿养护法、高温养护法等传统技术,挂藏法和双层套袋法等特色技术,以及低温养护法等代技术,有效避免了药材变质。结论广州清平中药材市场在中药材传统的贮藏、包装和养护方面,积累了丰富的经验和技术,值得借鉴和推广。同时,也应学习和运用现代科学合理、经济实用的适合各类中药材贮藏、包装和养护的新技术、新设备,以进一步保证中药材的质量和疗效。Objective To provide reference for the storage and maintenance of Chinese medicinal materials in China. Methods In high-temperature season,the Guangzhou Qingping traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) market was investigated by the conducting direct investigation,consulting some businessmen,inspecting some warehouses. The portable instruments were used to detect medicinal materials,and the deterioration of Chinese medicinal materials,traditional storage and maintenance technology,modern storage and maintenance technology,characteristic storage and maintenance technology in the market were summarized. Results The Guangzhou Qingping TCM market adopted the traditional technologies of clean maintenance method,seal maintenance method,reasonable ventilation method,dehumidification maintenance method,and high-temperature maintenance method,the characteristic technologies of hanging storage method and double-layer bagging method,and the modern technology of low-temperature maintenance method,which could effectively avoid the deterioration of medicinal materials. Conclusion Businessmen in Guangzhou Qingping TCM market have accumulated rich experience and technologies in traditional storage,packaging,and maintenance of Chinese medicinal materials,which is worthy of learning and promoting. At the same time,they should also learn and use modern scientific,reasonable,economical and practical new technology and equipment which are suitable for the storage,packaging and maintenance of all kinds of Chinese medicinal materials,in order to ensure the quality and curative effect of Chinese medicinal materials.
