心脉通胶囊联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨心脉通胶囊联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效。方法选择医院2016年9月至2018年5月收治的UAP患者147例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(73例)和对照组(74例),两组患者均给予抗凝、抗血小板、扩血管和营养心肌等药物治疗,并给予注射用丹参多酚酸盐,观察组患者加服心脉通胶囊,均治疗2周。结果观察组心电图总有效率为97. 26%,明显高于对照组的87. 84%(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者心绞痛每周发作次数少于治疗前,单次症状持续时间短于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、血浆黏度(PV)、全血黏度高切(HS)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均明显低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平明显高于治疗前,且观察组均明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);两组不良反应发生率相当且均较低(6. 85%比5. 41%,P> 0. 05)。结论心脉通胶囊联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗UAP疗效较好,安全性较高,还可有效改善炎症及血液流变学状态。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinmaitong Capsules combined with salvianolate in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris( UAP). Methods Totally 147 patients with UAP admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to May 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group( 73 cases) and the control group( 74 cases) according to the random number table method. The patients in the two groups were treated with anticoagulant,antiplatelet,vasodilator,myocardial nutrition and Salvianolate for Injection,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given Xinmaitong Capsules. Both groups were treated for2 weeks. Results The total effective rate of ECG in the observation group was 97. 26%,which was significantly higher than 87. 84%in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris in the two groups was less than that before treatment,the duration was shorter than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group( P <0. 05). After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1β( IL-1β),myeloperoxidase( MPO),matrix metalloproteinase-9( MMP-9),plasma viscosity( PV),whole blood viscosity high shear( HS),fibrinogen( FIB),total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C) in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was low and similar( 6. 85% vs. 5. 41%,P > 0. 05). Conclusion Xinmaitong Capsules combined with salvianolate are effective and safe in the treatment of UAP,which can effectively improve inflammation and hemorheology.
