摘　　要：目的培养专业化、规范化审核药师队伍,促进临床合理用药。方法运用态势分析法(SWOT),提出审核药师培训工作的策略和措施,建立以问题为导向的审方药师培训模式。结果与结论通过建设创新培训体系,提升了住院审核药师队伍专业水平,为建设高质量审核药师队伍提供了有利条件。Objective To cultivate a professional and standardized team of prescription-checking pharmacists in order to promote rational drug use in the clinic. Methods The SWOT analytical method was used to put forward strategies and measures for the training of prescription-checking pharmacists and to establish a problem-oriented training model for prescription-checking pharmacists. Results and Conclusion Through the establishment of the innovative training system,the professional level of prescription-checking pharmacists is continuously improved,which can provide favorable conditions for the establishment of high-quality prescription-checking pharmacists.
