摘　　要：“增加文化消费总量、提高文化消费质量”已成为我国文化发展战略的重要举措,都市文化消费质量的研究亦成为文化消费研究的新方向。研究基于消费理论,以南昌市为例对都市文化消费质量进行测度和评价,发现近十年内短期政策干预对文化消费演进具有关键性影响;短期政策干预强度随产出增长日益增强;文化消费质量演进路径随强弱交替的干预政策而发生连续周期性波动;文化消费质量改进受到多方利益主体影响。研究据此从文化消费供给与需求、政府职能和市场协调等方向提出文化消费质量改进路径。That it increases the total amount of cultural consumption and improves the quality of cultural consumption has become an important measure in China’ s cultural development strategy, and the study of urban cultural consumption quality has also become a new direction in cultural consumption research.Based on the consumption theory and measured and evaluated the quality of urban cultural consumption by taking Nanchang City as an example,it is found that short-term policy intervention has a critical influence on the evolution of cultural consumption in the past ten years.The intensity of short-term policy interventions increases with increasing output.The evolution path of cultural consumption quality fluctuates continuously with the intervention policy of strong and weak alternates.The improvement of cultural consumption quality is influenced by many stakeholders.Based on these factors, the paper proposes ways to improve the quality of cultural consumption in the direction of supply and demand, government function and market coordination.
