摘　　要：篮球比赛中,罚篮是非常重要的一项得分手段。特别是在对抗激烈、双方比分差距不大,比分交替领先的比赛中,此时场上队员罚球命中率的高低很有可能成为决定比赛走向的关键因素。故在日常训练中加强对罚球技术的练习显得尤为重要。本文从技术水平、体能、比赛环境、心理等方面对比赛中影响罚球命中率的因素进行剖析,并提出了科学的训练方法,从而有效地提高了队员在正式比赛中罚球的命中率。In basketball game, the free basket is a very important means of scoring. Especially in the game where the confrontation is fierce, the score gap between the two sides is not large, and the score is alternately leading, the level of free throw percentage of the players on the court is likely to be a key factor in determining the direction of the game. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the practice of free throw technology in daily training. This article analyzes the factors that affect free throw percentage in the game from the aspects of technical level, physical fitness, playing environment, psychology, etc., and puts forward a scientific training method, thus effectively improving the free throw percentage of players in the official game.
