摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对NBA球队软实力构建进行分析,目的在于为CBA球队文化软实力的建设提供参考借鉴。研究发现NBA球队软实力构建主要分为球队精神力、球队制度力、球队文化力、球队吸引力四个维度。其中,球队精神力是指一支球队赛场内外的行为准则、是激励球员不断实现自我、超越自我的精神信仰。球队制度力是推动球队正常运转以实现球队目标的保障。球队文化力是球队在发展过程中能促使球队逐渐积淀、形成一种健康氛围的力量。球队吸引力是指球队获得球迷观众认同的能力。建议CBA球队在精神力上注重CBA球队队训、口号建设;在制度力上丰富球员合同细节,继续完善球员管理制度;在球队文化力上注重主场文化、更衣室文化和球队荣誉体系建设;在球队吸引力上注重球队形象建设,培养球队主动承担社会责任感的意识,积极包装本土球星,推进俱乐部球队中性化命名等。This paper analyzes the construction of the soft power of NBA teams with the method of literature and logical analysis, in order to provide reference for the construction of CBA teams' cultural soft power. The study finds that the soft power construction of NBA teams is mainly divided into four dimensions: team spirit, team system, team culture and team attraction. Among them, team spirit refers to the code of conduct on and off the field of a team and the spiritual belief that motivates players to continuously realize and surpass themselves. The system force of the team is the guarantee to promote the normal operation of the team to achieve the goal of the team. Team culture force is the force that can promote the team to accumulate gradually and form a healthy atmosphere in the development process. Team appeal is the ability of a team to gain the approval of its fans and audience. It is suggested that CBA teams should pay attention to the training and slogan construction of CBA teams. We will continue to improve the system for managing players and enrich the details of players' contracts. In the team culture, pay attention to the home culture, locker room culture construction;The attraction of the team in the team image construction, training team take the initiative to assume the sense of social responsibility, actively promote the club team neutral naming, packaging local stars.
