摘 要:以石家庄汇明路旧城区城市综合管廊安全施工为背景,利用启明星深基坑支挡结构设计软件对基坑围护结构在各开挖工况的变形内力以及地表沉降进行数值分析并采用通用有限元计算软件ANSYS计算基坑开挖各工况下腰梁和内撑结构的内力,同时引进基于物联网的最新支撑应力智能监测系统,对管廊基坑工程施工的支撑轴力进行实时监测,对安全施工进行快速判断,确保施工安全。Based on the safety construction of the utility tunnel in the old urban area of Huiming Road in Shijiazhuang, the deformation internal force and ground settlement of the retaining structure of the foundation pit under different excavation conditions are numerically analyzed by using the retaining structure design software of Qimingxing deep foundation pit. The internal force of the waist beam and the internal support structure under different excavation conditions is calculated by using the general finite element calculation software ANSYS. At the same time, the latest support stress intelligent monitoring system based on the Internet of Things is introduced to monitor the supporting axial force of the pipe gallery foundation pit construction in real time and make quick judgment on the safe construction, and thus ensure the construction safety.
