基于JCI标准构建日间手术管理体系的实践与探讨

摘　　要：经过近3年的实践与探索,某院通过完善管理流程,规范管理制度,逐步构建了基于JCI标准的日间手术管理体系,现已开展八大专科近百种日间手术,年手术量超过2万人次。实践证明,在JCI标准指导下开展日间手术,可显著缩短住院天数,降低住院费用,提高患者满意度,为患者提供一站式全流程的安全高效的医疗服务,对优化资源效率及缓解供需矛盾具有积极的推动作用。We spent nearly three years in establishing an ambulatory surgery management system based on JCI standard by optimizing process and instituting regulations.Our ambulatory surgery center finished about 20 thousand cases of surgical operations in the year of 2018,which covered eight specialties and nearly one hundred kinds of operations.It has been proved that JCI standard is very important for the ambulatory surgery to provide safe and efficient one-stop medical service,which can significantly shorten the length of case waiting and hospital stay,reduce treatment expenses and improve patient’s satisfaction.This is conducive to optimizing resources efficiently and alleviating the contradiction between healthcare resources and demands.
