摘 要:目的分析调控血尿酸水平对原发性高尿酸血症合并轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者临床疗效。方法选择2018年4月—2019年2月收治的原发性高尿酸血症合并MCI患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为甲组(30例,药物降尿酸治疗+生活方式指导)、乙组(30例,药物降尿酸治疗)、丙组(30例,生活方式指导),比较3组血尿酸水平、CDT评分、MoCA评分、新发心脑血管病发生率。结果甲组治疗后血尿酸水平显著低于乙组、丙组,乙组显著低于丙组,P<0.05。甲组治疗后MoCA评分、CDT评分显著比乙组、丙组高,乙组显著高于丙组,P<0.05。甲组新发心脑血管病发生率显著比乙组、丙组低,P<0.05,乙组显著低于丙组,P<0.05。结论药物降尿酸治疗+生活方式指导可有效降低原发性高尿酸血症合并MCI患者血尿酸水平,减轻认知功能障碍,改善患者预后,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze and control the clinical effect of blood uric acid level on patients with primary hyperuricemia combined with MCI(mild cognitive impairment).Method Ninety patients with primary hyperuricemia complicated with MCI in our hospital from April 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in this study.The randomized number table method was used as a grouping principle.They were divided into three groups:group A(n=30,with drug hyaluronic acid therapy+lifestyle guidance),group B(n=30,with drug hyaluronic acid therapy),and group C(n=30,with lifestyle guidance).The levels of serum uric acid CDT score,MoCA score and incidence of new cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were compared among the three groups.Result After treatment,the level of serum uric acid in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and C,and that in group B was significantly lower than that in group C(P<0.05).After treatment,MoCA score and CDT score in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and group C,while those in group B were significantly higher than those in group C,P<0.05.The incidence of new cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and group C(P<0.05),while that in group B was significantly lower than that in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Drug hypouric acid therapy and lifestyle guidance can effectively reduce the level of serum uric acid in patients with primary hyperuricemia combined with MCI,alleviate cognitive impairment and improve the prognosis of patients,which is worth clinical popularization.
