水针刀治疗中晚期拇长屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究水针刀治疗中晚期拇长屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床效果。方法选择2017年1月—2018年1月间,来医院康复科诊治并符合纳入标准的患者90例,使用单盲随机法分为甲、乙、丙三组,每组30例,分别给予穴位注射、小针刀、水针刀三种不同治疗方法。治疗前后分别对患者肌腱功能与疼痛程度进行评测,比较分析三种疗法的临床疗效。结果疗程结束后,接受水针刀的丙组患者肌腱功能较其他两组有更明显的恢复,自感疼痛程度大幅度减弱(P<0.05),治疗总有效率也高于甲、乙两组(P<0.05)。结论水针刀在治疗中晚期拇长屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎方面有着显著的疗效,可在临床上大范围推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of injection needle scalpel on the treatment of advanced strictured tenosynovitis of flexor pollicis longus muscle tendon.Methods 90 patients who came to our hospital’s rehabilitation department from January 2017 to January 2018 and met the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into three groups:group A,group B and group C,with 30 cases in each group.Three different treatments,acupoint injection therapy,small needle scalpel therapy and injection needle scalpel therapy are respectively given to each group.Patient’s tendon function and pain degree were evaluated before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the three treatments was analyzed.Results After the end of the treatment,the patients in group C receiving the injection needle scalpel therapy had a significant recovery of tendon function and the degree of self-inductive pain was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of group C was also higher than that of group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The injection needle scalpel therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of advanced strictured tenosynovitis of flexor pollicis longus muscle tendon,which can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
