冬奥对普通高校冰雪运动课程的开发与建设的影响——以吉林省为例

摘　　要："广泛开展全民健身活动,加快推进体育强国建设,筹办好北京冬奥会、冬残奥会"的部署要求,是党在新时代下对体育工作者做出的新战略、新要求、新任务。冬奥会的成功申办,对中国冬季冰雪运动的普及和发展、对高校冰雪体育运动的教学、对吉林省高校开展冰雪运动起到了推动作用,是我国冬季冰雪运动的普及和发展的重要环节。2022年冬奥会的开展使吉林高校冰雪运动迎来了历史机遇。本文采用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对2022年冬奥会的作用和价值进行深入研究,分析当前吉林省普通高校开展的冰上教学基本情况,在此基础上探讨分析冬奥对北方冰雪运动课程的开发与建设的影响,为吉林省普通高校在冬奥背景下开展冰上运动提出可持续发展的对策,为吉林省高校冰雪课程的理论研究和实证研究做出贡献。China's success in application for Beijing Winter Olympics,as a response to Chinese Communist Party's requirements for people working at sports to prepare Beijing Winter Olympics and Winter Olympics for the Disabled by mass exercise and sports power construction,turns out very crucial for popularization of winter sports in China,winter sports teaching in universities and sports events in the universities in Jilin Province.To prepare the winter sports in the universities in Jilin Province,the paper made an analysis of the effects of the 2022 Winter Olympics upon the winter sports teaching and related courses development and construction in Jilin Province and even the whole north of China with methods including documentary study,field investigation,interview and logical analysis,etc.,and proposed strategies for the sustainable development of these sports,aiming to make contributions to both theoretical and empirical researches on winter sports courses in the universities of the province.
