残奥会竞技项目与我国残疾人体育资源配置策略研究

摘　　要：我国残疾人竞技体育经过长期发展虽然取得了显著成绩,但仍存在一些问题。在对问题进行研究的基础上,从宏观、中观、微观三个角度提出了资源配置策略,包括完善与创新残疾人竞技体育管理体制,提高运行效率;加强专业人员队伍建设,注重师资培养和后备力量的培养;开拓和创新资金筹集渠道,将残疾人体育事业市场化和产业化;加大训练基地和器材的建设与共享,为残疾人体育运动打好物质基础;落实相关激励保障政策,解决残疾人运动员的后顾之忧等。Although remarkable achievements have been made in the long-term development of competitive sports for the disabled in China,there are still some problems.Based on the research of these problems,the paper puts up some resource allocation strategies,such as the management systems for improving and innovating sports for the disabled people from the macro,medium and micro perspective to improve operating efficiency;strengthening the ranks of professionals,and emphasizing teacher training and prep players training;exploring and innovating financing channels to commercialize and industrialize the sports for the disabled;increasing the construction and sharing of training bases and equipment to lay the physical foundation for the sport of the disabled;and implementing relevant incentive and guarantee policies to solve the concerns of disabled athletes.
