摘　　要：以廊坊师范学院有机化学实验课程为例,从师资队伍适应性构建、教学内容构建、教学方法改进、充分利用课内课外多种资源以及考核方法的改革等多方面对有机化学实验课程教学体系改革进行了探索,以达到强化学生自主学习的积极性,增强教学效果,适应当前地方高校应用型人才培养模式的目的。Take organic chemistry experiment course of Langfang Normal University as an example, we explore and improve the teaching system of organic chemistry experiment course from the construction of teachers’ adaptability and teaching contents, improvement of teaching methods, full utilization of various resources inside and outside the classroom, and reform of assessment methods, so as to meet the current training model of applied talents in local universities, strengthen the initiative of students to study independently and enhance teaching effect.
