摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌根治术患者回归社会后心理问题调查分析。方法选取我院2016年9月至2018年1月诊治的乳腺癌根治术患者134例为研究对象,根据患者自身及家属意愿分为对照组和观察组,不接受干预且不能定期复查患者51例为对照组,愿意接受干预且定期复诊患者83例为观察组,均行病例资料调查,对其影响因素进行分析,并制定相应护理措施。结果多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、学历、居住地、经济收入为影响乳腺癌根治术患者回归社会后心理问题的独立危险因素。结论年龄、学历、居住地、经济收入是乳腺癌根治术患者回归社会后心理问题的高危因素,应根据影响因素采取针对性护理措施。Objective To explore the investigation and analysis of psychological problems in patients with radical mastectomy after returning to society.Methods To select 134 patients with radical mastectomy who were treated in our hospital from September 2016 to January 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the patient's own and their family's will.There were 51 patients who didn't receive intervention and regular reexamination,and they were selected as the control group.The other 83 patients who were willing to undergo intervention and regular reexamination were set as the observation group.The datum of cases of the patients were investigated.We analyzed the influencing factors and formulated the corresponding nursing measures.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,education,place of residence,and economic income were independent risk factors for psychological problems in patients after radical mastectomy who return to society.Conclusion Because the age,education,place of residence,and economic income are risk factors for psychological problems in patients after radical mastectomy who return to society,we should take targeted nursing measures according to the influencing factors.
