聚焦解决护理模式对经皮透视下胃造瘘术患者心理状态和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决护理模式对经皮透视下胃造瘘术患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2018年9月我院收治的42例择期行经皮透视下胃造瘘术患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施聚焦解决护理模式,比较两组患者干预前、干预后1个月心理状态和生活质量。结果干预后1个月,研究组SAS,SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组物质生活状态、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮透视下胃造瘘术患者围术期应用聚焦解决护理模式可有效改善其心理状态,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of solution-focused nursing mode on the psychological state and quality of life of patients underwent percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy.Methods To select 42 cases of patients who underwent percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was treated with solution-focused nursing mode.The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups before the intervention and at one month after the intervention were compared.Results One month after the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The material life status,physical function,psychological function and social function scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying solution-focused nursing mode for patients underwent percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy can improve their mental state effectively.Meanwhile,it can also improve their quality of life,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
