摘 要:目的探讨集束化护理干预在川崎病冠状动脉损伤患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2016年4月至2018年2月我科收治的川崎病冠状动脉损伤患儿76例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组。所有患者均给予小檗碱调节内皮细胞内质网应激干预治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用集束化护理干预,比较两组患儿应激反应、依从性及炎症因子水平。结果护理干预后,观察组患儿血清皮质醇、儿茶酚胺、血浆谷氨酸水平低于对照组(P<0.05),依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预用于小檗碱调节内皮细胞内质网应激改善川崎病冠状动脉损伤患儿中能降低机体应激反应,提高依从性,降低炎症因子水平,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of cluster nursing intervention in children with coronary artery injury after they had Kawasaki disease.Methods To select 76 children with coronary artery injury after they had Kawasaki disease who were admitted to our department from April 2016 to February 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly.All of them were treated with berberine to regulate endothelial cell endoplasmic reticulum stress.In addition,the control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with clustering nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The stress response,compliance and level of inflammatory factors of children in the two groups were compared.Results After the nursing intervention,the levels of serum cortisol,catecholamine and plasma glutamate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the compliance was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying clustering nursing intervention for berberine to regulate endothelial cell endoplasmic reticulum stress can improve the body's stress response of children with Kawasaki disease coronary artery injury.Meanwhile,it can improve compliance and reduce the level of inflammatory factors among the children,which was worth popularizing and applying.
