以循证思想为基础的优质护理在医用弹力网状绷带固定留置针中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨以循证思想为基础的优质护理在医用弹力网状绷带固定留置针中的应用。方法选取2016年4月至2018年3月于我院住院应用医用弹力网状绷带固定留置针治疗的患者100例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用以循证思想为基础的优质护理,比较两组患者持续留置针率、健康教育内容掌握程度、不良情况发生率。结果两组患者第2天、第3天持续留置针率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组第4~6天持续留置针率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康教育内容掌握程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组针头脱落、皮肤过敏、皮肤红肿、堵管、静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对应用弹力网状绷带固定留置针的患者实施以循证思想为基础的优质护理,可有效延长留置针留置时间,降低不良情况发生率,提高健康教育内容掌握程度,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the application of high-quality nursing based on evidence-based thinking in the application of medical elastic mesh bandage fixation indwelling needle.Methods To select 100 patients who were treated with medical elastic mesh bandage fixation indwelling needles in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was treated with high-quality nursing based on evidence-based thinking.The sustained retention rate,the mastery of health education content,and the incidence of adverse events of the two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no significant statistical difference in the rate of persistent indwelling on the 2nd and 3rd day between the two groups(P>0.05).The sustained indwelling rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group on the 4th to 6th day(P<0.05).The mastery of health education content in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of needle drop,skin allergy,skin redness,tube plugging,and phlebitis in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing based on evidence-based thought for patients with elastic mesh bandage fixation indwelling needles can prolong the retention time of indwelling needles effectively.Meanwhile,it can reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the mastery of health education content among the patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
