摘  要:常规汽轮机在额定工况时热耗率最低,当运行工况偏离设计点时,热耗率呈单调上升。通过分析超超临界机组系统循环特性和调峰经济性下降问题,基于电网负荷峰谷特性,依据双工况点设计概念,设计了一种高效调峰汽轮机机组。该机组由主汽轮机系统和调峰汽缸构成,当负荷降低到一定值时可切除调峰汽缸,减少通流面积,提高主蒸汽参数,从而提高机组循环效率。对采用新型高效调峰结构设计的1000MW等级超超临界机组进行了热平衡计算,计算结果表明,高效调峰汽轮机机组部分负荷工况下热耗率明显优于常规汽轮机。研究成果可为高效宽负荷调峰机组设计提供参考。Conventional turbine operated at rated condition generally has the lowest heat rate, but it will increase when the operating condition deviates from design conditions.Through analysis of the cycle characteristics of ultra-supercritical unit system and low effectiveness of peak load regulation, a new steam turbine with high-efficiency peak regulation is designed based on peak-valley characteristics of grid load and design concept of the dual-duty condition. The unit consists of a main steam turbine system and a peak load cylinder. When the load is reduced to a certain value, the peak load cylinder can be relieved to reduce the flow path area and increase main steam parameters, thus the cycle efficiency of the unit can be improved. The heat balance calculation of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit with new structure of high efficiency peak load regulation is carried out. The calculation results show that the new steam turbine with high efficiency peak load has better heat rate than the conventional steam turbine under part load conditions. The research results can provide reference for the unit with high efficiency peak load regulation.
