摘 要:针对55MW联合循环汽轮机转子应力槽位置出现裂纹的问题,对转子的结构以及裂纹产生位置进行了分析,制定了电厂现场修理方案。以两端静压托架作为转子回转支撑,通过校调使得回转中心与转子中心一致。在托架上增置轴向和径向限位装置,确保转子旋转时跳动幅值在0.05mm以内。通过对现场加工工艺的研究以及对现场实际操作的提炼,梳理出了完整的现场改造工艺流程。研究结果表明:合理设计设备结构,匹配刀具,对工艺方案进行改进优化,可以完成该转子裂纹的现场处理。现场实践结果验证了转子改造工艺的可靠性。Regarding the problem of cracks in stress groove of rotor in 55 MW combined cycle steam turbine, analysis on rotor structure and the position of crack was conducted so as to formulate the repairing scheme on site. As a support of rotor, a pair of hydraulic brackets were used to guarantee alignment between center of gyration and that of rotor by adjustment. On the hydraulic brackets,the axial and radial limiting device was added to control the runout amplitude within 0.05 mm. The techndogical process was concluded through analysis of the practical processing operation. The research results showed that proper device structure design and tool matching, as well as the optimization of process scheme could successfully eliminate the rotor crack on site, and the reliability of rotor repairing was verified by actual practice.
