耳甲软骨联合L形硅胶鼻假体行隆鼻术的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探究耳甲软骨联合L形硅胶鼻假体行隆鼻术的临床体会。方法选取我院2015年8月~2017年8月接受隆鼻术的患者82例,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)与观察组(n=41)。对照组给予传统L形硅胶鼻假体植入隆鼻,观察组给予耳甲软骨联合L形硅胶鼻假体植入隆鼻。随访1年,对比两组美容效果满意度、并发症(鼻梁歪斜、切口感染、鼻假体外露)发生情况。结果观察组美容效果满意度97.56%较对照组80.49%高(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率4.88%较对照组24.39%低(P <0.05)。结论耳甲软骨联合L形硅胶鼻假体应用于接收隆鼻术患者,可提高美容效果满意度,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical experience of auricular cartilage combined with L-shaped silicone nasal prosthesis for rhinoplasty Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent rhinoplasty from August 2015 to August 2017 were randomly divided into the control group(n=41) and the observation group(n=41). The control group was given a traditional L-shaped silicone nasal prosthesis implanted into the augmentation nose, and the observation group was given an ear-cartilage combined with a L-shaped silicone nasal prosthesis implanted into the rhinoplasty. After 1 year of follow-up, the satisfaction of the cosmetic effects and complications(nose bridge of the nose, infection of the incision, and external exposure of the nose) were compared. Results The cosmetic satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.56% higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 4.88% lower than that of the control group(24.39%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion The ear nail cartilage combined with L-shaped silicone nasal prosthesis is suitable for patients receiving rhinoplasty, which can improve the satisfaction of cosmetic effect and high safety.
