摘　　要：目的分析腹部带蒂皮瓣修复腕部电烧伤的效果。方法选择45例腕部电烧伤患者为研究对象,给予患者腹部带蒂皮瓣修复手术治疗。结果 45例Ⅰ期愈合率82.22%;平均住院时间(53.6±26.4)d;并发症发生率4.44%;治疗后,腕关节伸展、屈曲、桡侧倾斜、尺侧倾斜活动度均高于治疗前(P <0.05)。结论腹部带蒂皮瓣用于腕部电烧伤的修复治疗,疗效显著,安全性高。Objective To analyze the effect of abdominal pedicled flap on the repair of wrist electric burn. Methods Fortyfive patients with wrist electric burns were selected as the study subjects, and the patients were given abdominal pedicle flap repair surgery. Results The first-stage healing rate was 82.22% in 45 cases, the average hospitalization time was(53.6±26.4) days, and the complication rate was 4.44%. After treatment, wrist extension, flexion, temporal tilt, and ulnar tilt activity were higher than treatment.Before(P<0.05). Conclusion Abdominal pedicle flap is used for the repair and treatment of wrist electric burns with remarkable curative effect and high safety.
