摘 要:为延长20CrMnTi钢疲劳裂纹的萌生寿命,对20CrMnTi钢进行了超声喷丸加工的研究,分析了弹丸半径对喷丸效果的影响。通过对喷丸动态过程运用ANSYS仿真软件进行模拟分析,从而得到弹丸半径与喷丸坑深、最大残留压力以及压力层深之间关系曲线。根据喷丸理论,设计了一套超声喷丸实验设备,运用该设备,探究了实验条件下丸料半径不同时,加工效果的差异。最后通过研究发现:一方面,丸料半径增加时,喷丸坑深和应力层深类似于线性变化趋势。另一方面,最大残留压力增加趋缓。In order to prolong the initiation life of 20CrMnTi steel’s fatigue crack, the ultrasonic shot blasting of 20CrMnTi steel was carried out, and the effect of the projectile radius on the shot blasting effect was analyzed.Firstly, the dynamic process of the shot blasting was simulated by using ANSYS simulation software to obtain the relation curve between the projectile radius and the depth of the shot hole, the maximum residual pressure and the depth of the pressure layer.Secondly, according to the theory of shot blast, a set of ultrasonic shot blast test equipment was designed, which was used to explore the difference of machining effect when the different radius of pills was used under experimental conditions.Finally, it was found that, on the one hand, when the radius of the pellet increased, the depth of the shot hole and stress layer were similar to the linear change trend. On the other hand, the maximum residual pressure increased slowly.
